If you’re seeking a profession in the healthcare industry, you’re in luck! This year’s list for the 100 Best Jobs are in and believe it or not, healthcare professions dominate four of the five top spots with dentistry at the number one spot.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, unemployment has plummeted below five percent, the lowest since 2007.  And this year, nearly 10 million additional jobs are expected to be generated!

In reference to the growth in health care fields, Susanah Snider of U.S. News stated, “Healthcare is the big player in the room this year as far as jobs go. With aging baby boomers and increased demand for medical services, it is expected to continue to grow as a professional field,”  “They are also those kinds of jobs where you need physical people in the room to do the work. It can’t be outsourced or replaced by robots,” she said.

I’m sure you’re wondering what jobs made the list. To curate this list, U.S. News analyzed data from the BLS. Job volume, median salary, stress level and more were all put into account when ranking this list.
